Sunrise Ford - Fontana

Sunrise Ford consisted of 90,000 of panelized roof structures on the Service and Showroom Office buildings and two floors of 8,200 of second floor parts building. Panelized Roof Structure, Storage load truss floor and rough carpentry framing for project.

General Contractor was B. H. Miller.


Fry's Electronics - Oxnard

This was an existing 106,000 tilt-up building. Seismic retrofit work, we built a 55,000 square foot panelized roof structure addition, rough carpentry framing.

General Contractor was Hoar Construction, Birmingham, Alabama.


Brea Corporate Park

Bernard's Headquarters - San Fernando

This was an existing concrete tilt-up building, 52,300 square foot seismic retrofit, rough carpentry framing dormer skylights and mezzanine. Also, glu-lam beam post tensioning.

Bernard's was the General Contractor.


Ross Plaza Shopping Center - Roland Heights

Ross Plaza is a 152,000 square foot wood framed shopping center with panelized roof structures. The center is approximately 1/4 of a mile long and the main tenants were Ross Dress For Less and Big 5 Sporting Goods. We did the panelized roof structures and wood framed exterior. We also did the interior tenant framing on a number of the buildings.

This project was a redesign roof structure from an open web truss at 2' on center to a panelized roof structure with Tru-Truss at 8' on center. This redesign resulted in a large dollar savings to the owners as well as an expedited completion schedule. It also became more tenant friendly by providing roof structure supports at 8' on center which allowed much more versatility for making roof penetrations such as cooking hoods for restaurants etc.

The General Contractor was Penco Builders.


Santa Fe Plaza - El Monte

Santa Fe Plaza is a 105,000 wood framed shopping center with panelized roof structures. The center is approximately 1/4 of a mile long and the main tenant was Thrifty Drug. We did the panelized roof structures and wood framed exterior. We also did the interior tenant framing on a number of the buildings.

This project was a redesign roof structure from a truss system at 2' on center to a panelized roof structure with purlins at 8' on center. This redesign resulted in a large dollar savings to the owners as well as an expedited completion schedule. Plaza Del Amo Business Center - Torrance

Plaza Del Amo was a multi building 2 story office complex approximately 75,000 square foot with glulam panelized roof structure and wood I joist floor system. We also did all the wood framed walls as well as all structural wood truss and finish work on the shell of this project.

Ontario Auto Center - Ontario

The first dealership in the center was Crown Toyota, we assisted with the redesign of the roof structure system and built the panelized roof structures on the complex of buildings also the wood framing and wood floor systems which consisted of wood I joist. The framing stands out on this complex because of the many round walls to make up the show rooms and offices. Approximate 65,000 square foot of roof structure plus 30,000 square foot of floor systems.

We also built the panelized roof structures, wood framing and wood floor systems on the Superior Pontiac, Romero Buick, Romero Jeep/Eagle and what became the shell for Crown Lexus.

Bell Palm Plaza is a 90,000 wood framed shopping center with panelized roof structures. The center is approximately 1/4 of a mile long. We did the panelized roof structures and wood framed exterior, also the second floor truss systems on some buildings. We also did the interior tenant framing on a number of the buildings.

This project was a panelized roof structure with purlins at 8' on center. This project was being built at the exact same time as the Maywood Village Square shopping center.

This project was for Watt Commercial Properties and the General Contractor was U. S. Building & Development


Maywood Village Square - Maywood

Maywood Village Square is a 52,000 wood framed shopping center with panelized roof structures. We did the panelized roof structures and wood framed exterior, also the free standing pad buildings. We also did the interior tenant framing on a number of the buildings.

This project was a panelized roof structure with purlins at 8' on center. This project was being built at the exact same time as the Bell Palm Plaza shopping center.

This project was for Watt Commercial Properties and the General Contractor was U. S. Building & Development
